Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.Please contact STKGuru Customer Service by email: [email protected] to get return address in a necessary condition. All the emails will be reply within 48 working hours.

Refund Policy

Every order comes with a 30-day guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you’re not happy with your purchase, please send us an email with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we’ll process your request.Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it’s been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately the refunds will no longer acceptable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

If your return is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation via email.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

 Custom or personalized items: Items that have been customized or personalized specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.Please note that for Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your products once it has been put into production ,this would mean that the customization has started,because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the availability of the product.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with

2. the current shipping address;

3. and the address that you would like to change.

Please notice that we can only change the address before your order leaves our facility!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Most of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a refund.You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
